Is that the same boat that Ratman was restoring a few years back?

Yes and he didn't get very far with his restorations on it. Was redone by thunder marine and design in ft. myers . They raced for a year or so ,in2008 2009. In very nice shape and for sale . Would make a good classic poker run boat.
