wasn't brown sugar a cig. 35' that sam from port side had down in wyondotte that had a lot of teak wood on it or am i thinking of something else. and H2o find some more pictures of the old school, my son is still" flapping" about it, god i hope he dosent want to be a racer, im too wore out for that stuff !!!

Hi John glade you could make it. Brown Sugar remember it well, I believe it was even used as a pace boat for a few of the races back in the day. And who could forget Corky's @ 8 mile & Schoenher Rd.

Rob wore out, just remember the saying what goes around. On Harbor dr back in the day [1979 to 1983] there was this guy who was a terror on a 3 wheel atv & a Magnum race boat he would hot wire with the help of a neighbor. Must be the Lake St Clair water. There may have been two Brown Sugars. Jeff sending me a cd with all the pic's he shot at the old school.

It looks like a Scarab to me. Has all the right lines to be one.

That looks like a Sea Ray that use to race around Peche Island and Belle Isle on the Detroit River back around 1976. That thing was fast and looked like yours, is it that one? What exhaust manifolds do you run? Here are a few more pic's of my 1980 JAWS Super Sport.
