Anyone remember a blue and orange velocity named chas???
so ive been working away at my velocity(which was a raceboat but a mystery) while resin has been drying ivebeen peeling scraping and stripping the white paint off. I have discovered it was originally dark blue with an orange stripe coming to a "V" in the back and the word CHAS in big orange.
It takes forever to get the paint off so im sure there is more under but just wondering if this triggers anyones memory so far |

The Dennisons were big yacht builders back in the day. Dennison Marine... There was also a 27' Cougar Cat named Chase.

Back in the day when the Denison operated Broward Marine this alum cat [BROWARD HAWK] was built for Jerry Jacoby to run in open class. It did not do so good, here some pic's of what's left of her.:eek::eek:
