That has to be a wild ride! I looked at that 20 Donzi and looked at that Arneson.......then the boat again and then the drive and said to myself here is a guy with a bigger commitment to speed and bigger balls then I'll ever have.

Joe he also has this GREAT Mag Sport Too. Both of Jeff's boat [Mag & Donzi] have his own designed fuel injection system, he is a real gear head. Maybe next time he will bring this Mag [THE HAWK] back to it's old home here on Lake St Clair.

Jeff.......With the experience of running an Arneson drive on the Minx, (and by the way, she looks great with some air & looks to fly straight) What would be your opinnion on how well a pair of Arneson's would run on the HAWK?..... I hear the typical pro's & con's on surface drives (docking issues, takes up more @ the transom) I'm thinking, match a pair of Arnie's with
the proven hull of a 27' Magnum and the right twin engine package and see how well surface drives on a 27 Mag would be?.........I know Arneson's are more money than B1's or Volvo's
but not sure how much more..................it's of interest to me on what would be the best drives for a 27' hull............I'm sure you thought about it as well.
