That hull made it to Australia in the late 70's and built by John Haines under his Haines Hunter brand.
He raced the boats offshore very successfully and continued to become one of the biggest trailer boat manufacturers in Australia. He's 'legend' status in Aussie boat racing, and most of it was in the old Haines Formula.
They go for ridiculous prices in Australia, check this one out......(79,000 AUD is about 59,000 USD)

ARe you gUys nUTs!!!! that's a great deal!!! IT has a Flo-Scan added 8 years ago and a Garlick Gullwing (not regular-duh!) heavy duty ladder. I would make him an offer....but.....my granny needs a liver transplant!!! Yeah, Yeah, that's the ticket!
