No, they ran on 24-1, were very smokey, loud, irregular, and were often inthe shop for repair.

Too bad...I've been hunting for a solid hull to begin racing OPA class 7...these boats are hard to find in decent shape...good luck...I hope you find something else.

the motor has the HP lightweight cowl with louvers
and a cle gearcase
so if original powerhead would be the Bridgeport 2.4 carb or the efi
was listed as 220hp so probably the carb
were good strong motors back then

sorry gotton away from under u
motor alone goes for the price of boat package
as was a factory hp motor back then
and in very clean original condition

No...I wish I was...sounds like a good deal and exactly what I am looking for. However...I do think I have found my boat for this season...I'll post when it's in my driveway...but no not this boat...
