Not sure how to post a link. GM Powerboats in Austria is making them new. Supposedly some rubber company in Detroit has molds to make them but I can't track them down.

It would be nice to be able to check out the ones being made in Detroit also. Maybe some people on here can reach out and get the info.

I make my own. The taper is a little tricky, but I get all the glue and rubber from an industrial rubber supplier here in Dallas and they hold up well.

We are working on a new mold right now as you know the original mold was destroyed buy the rubber company that had made them since the beginning a few years ago when the company was sold to an investor . We have the cad drawings and the machines to make the mold just need the machine time.

Team Archer. So many rumors have floated around about different folks and companies buying or owning the rights to "Kaama" and resurrecting the brand. They are great drives. Any real contenders or are they really Dead Dead?

I talked to Dan at Archer's Marine last week about getting a new mold made last week. I think there is enough demand since they have not been available for awhile. I have an Austrian friend who is contacting GM Marine to see if they are a viable source or not. If they are out. I think we should definitely get a new mold going for these. Maybe a group buy is in oder to help get this off the ground ( or in water as it may be).
