Yes Thanks for sharing the pictures. My boat was Bob Latham s. I think he was throttling Evil ways at that time. He also throttled Magic Gems and Man O War.

I throttled M-44 that year.

That Mirage was built as Great Adventure
.It speared a wave in the first race of the year in California & tore the deck off.
That was the end of the GA Mirage for the team.

Here is a Lake St Clair Mirage that upset many racing in the APBA P class back in 1976 the HAWK, as it had staggered Merc 280TRS engines. This is one more classic that has vanished.

The Mirage posted above was sold. Does anyone know if there are any 25 foot Cortes-built Mirages out there?

I never heard of a 25' Cortes Mirage, the dealer here in the Detroit [ Pete Smith,, Wolverine ] area never sold one that I know of..

yes they made a 25 looks just like the 30,, but very few

Theres a 30 sitting for years in a boat yard in freeport LI ,i will get some info if u want
