everyone wants to make statements like "free ben kramer" or "when will ben get out?" what if ben is the closest thing to pure evil that the boating community has ever seen? i mean the guy is idolized for his violence and such. he was a criminal that has grown in popularity due to his afliction with powerboats. was he as admired when he was out as he is being incarcared? seems we might not know what we really are asking for

he is 65. i dont think he is a threat to anyone. there are many people who are free now that have done much worse.

I agree he's probably not a threat any more but....... he was sentenced to life, without parole. Since then, he had that bungled helicopter stunt and was also convicted in relation to the Aronow case. If he gets out early, what does "life without parole really mean"?

im sure not many do but most do in the performance boating community. funny thing was even if he actually had aronow killed he would be out my now. he denies it and said he took the plea to move prisons. i'm just making the case that he threatens no one, serves no purpose being locked up, and there is a huge cost to the family.
