On the other hand people have flat out killed someone and got out in 10 yrs. If Don really stiffed him for a cool million then he probably has served his time. Next is the helicopter escape attempt. That does not help his case.. Next is the covid thing. I think he is now 65 or so and and can not self isolate and in a prison population ,That makes him at greater risk of contraction and death. But who knows.
