I'd advise you to contact BPM in Verona, Italy. They're still selling their drivetrains for boats and might know your specific boat. Interesting with the U.S. flag graphics and that the boat ended up in Montenegro. Best of luck.

Check with this German company to see if they are interested in helping you. BPM
Personally, I find your boat a little bit too far gone. It's been sitting a long time and the engines were pretty much too expensive back in the day and now they make no sense to deal with. Stick American V8s in her if the hull is solid, but I'd be very surprised if that's the case.
This one has only one V12 BPM engine. As you can imagine, running twins in any boat takes serious cash, but then you got impressive casinos in Montenegro.

I agree as far as the boat. Seem to be a great one to restore if it's not too far gone. The engines are extremely expensive to keep alive. I had a friend who owned a Riva Ferrari 32 with BPM engines 25 years ago. Parts were crazy expensive, he had the smaller 8-litre V8s, and he was happy when he finally got the Riva sold.

In my opinion, unless this has historical value to you personally, restored boats don't have the same value as restored automobiles. To do a ground up period correct restoration will cost more than it will ever sell for.
The cool factor with the BPM's would be over the top though!

".....And about the high cost of repairing BPM, this is true if you order every part from BPM. You can always find options. I have been working with engines for about 20 years and I have knowledge of how to save money without losing quality."
You have certainly half the battle won by having the knowledge and experience to deal with engines like these. I sure would love to follow you restoring this boat here on OSO. I like the look of the boat and sooner or later you will find out its history and I bet it's pretty colorful. Wish You only the best with this cool project.
