Lets use it so we don't lose it!
I've got a Candied Red '99 206 with a 350 Magnum. I live on an inland lake in Michigan and occassionaly trailer to Lake St. Clair or Lake Erie. Great boat. Their is an 18' Donzi Classic on our lake that I can run with, some days he gets me, somedays I get him. The difference when we're racing is is I can sit and watch the world go by and he's hanging on for dear life.
I've got a 3 year old and a 4 year old, when they get a little older I want to take them overnighting so I'll be looking for something bigger with a cuddy, I'll have to start looking for a 263 Cobalt.
What other Cobalts are out there?

On the off weekends it's not too bad and it makes for a helluva ski boat. Working on a Cig to set along side her.

It looks like most of the Cobalt owners are from the midwest. Do any of your dealers (or anybody else for that matter) do a good fun run or Cobalt owners run? My dealer did one a couple years ago in northern MI, we probably had 10 boats. The following year the Cobalt line went to another dealer and they have not done anything since.

You guys should start a pic thread.Ive always loved the Cobalts it's a high quality boat with great lines, a good friend runs a 272 on Candlewood lake in Conn. That lake is loaded with Cobalts thanks to the dealer on the lake.If you guys want to get alot more people active on this site someone should contact that dealer and let him know about this forum.

You would love my (lake) neighborhood.....cobalt heaven. Im still faster....except for "rage" he'll smoke me...for now
We often tie up with a 343. Nice boat....gen, ac, lots of cockpit room. Not sure it would be my choice for that purpose though. Just get a cruiser if thats your thing.

WOW! 26 degree deadrise on your Condurre 269! That must give you a greatt ride in the junk. Where do you boat fastboat269? I knew those had deep hulls but I always thought they were 24 degrees.

I have a 2002 240 bowrider with a 496 HO & Bravo1X. The boat is used on the Delaware River and in the Tuckerton Bay area.
Has anyone installed a blower or headers on a 240? I'm considering both options, but the engine compartment looks very cramped.
