Yes. They started calling it 23 in 2003. Model has been around for +20 years. Narrow beam, 7' 6".

By 2000 all their boats were supposedly wood-free, but I would call the owner of Concept, Luis Avila.

Are these boats fairly dry riding, how do they handle rough water
