does any body no of any metal shops or does any body do any metal work im looking to have a top plate made for my 290aquatic outdrive for a single hydraulic ram setup plate would be about 4inch x 4inch with 4 holes in the top thanks

Thats sucks no one should have to go through that. when your young you dont realize how important your health is until you start to get older and you start to feel it.

No big deal on my part I am always crazy busy anyway. we'll get together on it at some point.
