I say go for it!!!! If you don't like it, you can always grow your hair back. That's how is started for me. I cut my hair with a number 2 clipper. Then one day picked up a razor and went for it. Haven't turned back. It's a clean look and widely accepted everywhere. Also a very easy hair style to maintain. Not mention Its cheap, never need to see a hairdresser. Lots of pros. Just have to watch out for sun burn.

My only rules: stay fit, dress the part, and stay somewhat tan.

Yeah, I cut my hair the other day and have noticed a cold draft up there ever since (less hair and little between the ears...). I would definitely wait until June or so before cutting it, but the burn on the dome would suck.

i would suggest a hat during the summer until a base tan is established...or use some sunscreen.
