Default F 34 problems?

I'm new to the big boat market and really want an F-29 open bow NXT drive with a merc 700 like the one for sail on powerboatlistings.com. But it's pretty steep and I saw the older f 34 for sale here that has teague 800s' and #6 drives. It is super cheap and could be bought for less than asking price. Dave told me that the 29 and 32 are "Much better boats all the way around" lets leave it at that.....I'd like to know what the 34 did bad and hw bad is it?

I have one and really like it. They really are not a pod boat like the rest of the DCB's and are not as nimble turning at lower speeds. They have a hop that can be driven through or taken out with a tunnel tab. It is very good, better than the rest in rough water. They are heavier and not as fast with equal power to the 32,35. They are very well constructed and are very good looking. It would depend on how your going to use your boat whether or not its a good choice. Feel free to get in touch with me and i will be happy to talk with you.
