My 41 Velociy has not cabin, I had the boat built, 10 years ago, with just a big empty cavern. I want to add an enclosed head/shower. I want to keep things light, what should I use to build the partitions? I need to build them in the boat since the enclosure from the factory will not fit through the door.

I actually have a laminated panel from Nida core in front of me. The sample is their 1/2" H8PP honeycomb core with a 18oz woven glass with a wet skin. The panel will work nicely for large flat areas. It's fairly light, but not ultra light due to the wet glass skin. I do know that the panels are not available vacuum bagged. You could score the panel, but it will need to be reglassed creating a heap of weight. For a curved panel you might be better off buying a scored core (one direction only) and making your own panel.
Nida core is out of Florida. I'm almost certain they won't sell directly to you. Hopefully they can set you up with a distributor.
