Carbon Kevlar blends
#1
What are the secrets to using these blends so they come out with a really nice look. Do they have to be vacuum bagged? If so, any way around bagging it. Does it matter what color the glass is underneath to get the colors to show really good?

Now you've gone way too far! Shoot a msg to sharkey , He would be my go to guy when it comes to laminating with that stuff. Mark from serious toys may be another. I know he makes some stuff for the iceboats with carbon. Panther knows him too. Good luck!

Here is a link to a company I buy from . I use his resin and the bubble eater is awesome for making dash panels and such if that is what you are looking for. go into the catalog and hit the carbon fiber link. http://www.selectproducts.com/

Can I use West for this or is there a more clear epoxy that will work?

Really hard to find carbon right now, everyone seems to be sold out saying there is a carbon shortage. I did manage to find 3 yards of Blue/Black blend.
