Need paint quotes please.
Hi guys, this is my first time in the paint section because well, I never needed paint until now :drink: I have a need for a complete repaint on my 06 Kachina Drone, if you need specific pics to generate a quote please let me know and I will get them for you, the basic rundown on the current gel is that it's a normal gel but they clear coated it and the only other thing you may need to know about is 2 small abcesses in the gel that will need some type of filler or resin, they are approximately 1 inch long and 3mm deep. If it helps you gauge size at all the hull is the same as a 35' single step Fountain. Please send your quotes to [email protected] or PM/ post questions or pic requests. Thanks guys.

Ken,
I think the paint looks good the way it is. I like the colors. You might want to be more descriptive on what you are looking to achieve with the paint.....are you looking to re-paint the whole boat with a totally different look? Are you looking to maybe add alittle paint color to change the look slightly? Do you want a different look, but same colors? different colors....if so, what colors? Just trying to help. Good luck with the re-paint. The driveway in the first picture looks familiar :D |

The driveway in the first picture looks familiar :D :rolleyes: Right now this boat is what they call a 10' er in the car world, the gel work was sloppy throughout, to make matters worse when the vatos @ Kachina got to buffing they burned it in a few very noticeable places. I like my design, me and hal loo put it together and it was based loosly on some of my favorite boats over the past 4 years. So yeah it will probably just be the same, but perfect and in paint. |
