So far this step took about 6 hours including building the frame.
once you crank up the deck,just pull the hull out.

Any tips on making a strong hull?

Thats a tough bill to fill in an outboard boat of that vintage. If he's serious he's gonna hafta put it on a serious diet. Pull the entire superstructure out and replace it with a full composite layup, corecell stringers and bulkneads that kinda stuff, and also flat deck it with something much lighter. The other alternative is throw huge dollars into giant power and do it the old fasioned way.

Rocket assist booster motors like batman's boat. Twin 632's, 10-71 superchargers and big brass cahones!

What is the proper lay up for corecell?
For transom,do you still get three quarter corecell and glass it
between each corecell, and how many layers of glass in between? remember its an outboard boat with 3 motors and bracket. total rear weight is 1800 pounds!

and also proper lay up for stringers and bulkheads.

Just gotta side question to ask.

How much weight do you think those frames could handle?

I wouldn't use corecell or any other composite in the transom especially on an OB boat. I would still go three layers of half inch ply, you can use composites for all the stringers though. in the "what wood to use" thread there is a layup schedule for transoms. Using composites like Coosa for stringers is a breeze, easy to work with.
