bottom turing yellow

FSR is easier to work with than On/Off. It's a blue gel so it sticks to the hull and you don't have to worry about it splashing around.
On/Off is more powerful than FSR... you apply FSR and wait a while where On/Off is instant. I also prefer the FSR because the discoloring doesn't seem to come back as fast as it does with On/Off. I assume because On/Off is so stinkin' powerful.

If you have stuff growing on it , on-off, and slimy grimy work well, but are very harsh.

It seems like after every time out (beaching the boat for 5-6 hours) is when it turns yellow quickly. What would be the best way to get rid of this...painting the bottom white or is that basiclly like painting the bottom with bottom paint?

No bottom paint Erik
You can try On/Off, basically sulfuric acid, some don't like to use, say its harsh for the fiberglass, I have also used product called Ringo sold by a guy here on OSO (do a search) few years ago ... both successfully remove staining on your white gel.
