well, you have to keep in mind that you have two different colors to be mixed and sprayed. If it is done right that might be reasonable to a little high, who do you have doing the work?

I would not even spray those spots. Just fill them in with gel then sand and buff. That price is crazy! Jeff

A local guy here, Joe from J&J Sports, he's been mentioned before a few years ago on OSO as a recommendation.

It's just seems a lot for such a little. I'm pretty anal about my boat, not even a nic anywhere else on the boat. But then also it's not a $40k paint job on the boat either. I just don't know if it's worth it, but I just can't see having two lil spots that aren't colored matched on my boat. Knowing my luck, I'll have it done and have something hit me again just to make another chip.

lol, hopefully not. You could fill them yourself and brush gel on, some wetsanding and buffing it would be good. But if you are truly anal about it the professional might be the way to go

Juts get a $40 gel coat repair kit with the color mix pigments and follow the directions. Its nuts to pay $600 to fix those chips.
