Red face can clear coat be repaired

If the clearcoat between the rubrail in the deck has chipped can this be repaired or do i have clear the whole area meaning deck?

It can be spoted in.I just had a place on mine spoted in by Mitcher T in Mi.Hole lot better that reshooting it

Sure can but takes a pretty skilled hand. It gets even more tricky when it involves colors though

A skilled body shop can touch up clearcoat and if the guy really knows his business can really make it look good!When we still had our ScarabIII the boat had a factory gold fade to brown paint job on it and they refinished both sides of the boat ... looked like it just rolled out the factory door .Look for someone who will not cut any corners.... you get what you pay for!
