thanks, I was just there and picked up 55 feet of it. They charged me 96 cents a foot. Looks like they rang me up wrong....ooops...

Dave do I have to be worried whether the original Hull glass was laid down with polyester resin? I read that epoxy resin and polyester resin don't get along.

no you dont really need to worry to much. Its actually esters that have the problem with epoxy. Epoxies can be used on pretty much anything your hull may have been built with. Esters, on the other hand, are affected by the amine that is released by epoxy and its ability to cure will be inhibited.

Your boat is built with good 'ol polyester. Epoxy will stick to that great, make sure the area is well prepped/ground.
