Can anyone give some info on custom paint job for a boat? I was thinking about doing something over the winter and correcting all the dings and doing a custom scheme. I am looking for info on average price and if anyone is in the Maryland area that does this kind of work.

The Tantrum is a 25 correct? It really starts with determining a budget for the project and what you are looking for style wise. I did this one with essentially only two colors, you dont really need to spend a ton of money to get something pretty cool. Pending necessary repair work you could easily come in under 10k but multiple fades and complexity of the final graphic cam push it up from there.
I usually start with having a client send me any pics of boats that are already out there that have graphics similar to what they are looking for. After that you spend some time doing some renderings and playing with colors. That process can take a month or two so it best to start early. Not sure whos out there but I've done at least a half a dozen boats from that area, in fact i will be in Annopolis all of next week doing some "on site: stuff.

Yeah, its a 25'. I'd be keeping the prime color as white, but I was leaning more towards a tibal design in red/black.. It is something I'd have to play with, but most importantly I want the hull looking like new. I've probably got over a dozen spots that have to be patched correctly throughout as well....

Not a fan of the barbed wire either, but take that red effect and break it up a bit and I think its a start to a badazz design..
Ken, I've talked to Art briefly.. I didnt know he did larger projects like this.
