Default Imron??

I am almost ready for paint, I had no idea how much sanding could have been involved at the begining. I started in november and have watched a whole boating season pass me by, I have a 27 signature and am going to paint the whole boat white, it was white so I will be going from the sides up botom is still white. It is a trailer boat and would only be left in the water for as long as I would be. My dad will be doing the spraying ( he has been a life long auto painter) we were discussing what would be the best should it all be Imron, he says thats the toughest but wasn't sure would the deck need to be more durable than the sides and I've read somepost saying not to clear it. Any help would be great txs Bman

Yes imron is vary durable,i painted my x18 over 10 yrs ago and it still looks like i did it yesterday..Keep it simple and do the whole boat with the dsme paint..and yes dont use clear over the white, itwill trap dirt under it and you will never get that piece of dirt out .

Just my humble opinion: look into Awlcraft 2000. I'm painting my Formula now, and the "Cloud White" is an awesome white and a hard stout finish.
