Got a little bit more done this weekend changed my mind on m cabin hatches, im going ahead and glassing them in, and started to glass all my bulk heads and fuel tank supports in. it might be a little bit of over kill but its all good:whistle:

Nice cradle for the fuel tank..not overkill at all.....Will you be foaming it in?.......also, nice dia. drain in the belly.

thanks scippy, i will be foaming the tank in. i wanted the tank area to be water tight so it will be foamed and sealed.

I epoxy primed my new fuel tanks & then finished with a coal tar coating....I used the 4lb. density urethane foam kit from US composites to foam them in.....after looking at the condition of the old tanks, I swore never to have a tank isssue again.

little update i have all the cock pit, back seat and floor body work done and i primed it yesterday. had to fill the 10'' sub holes i cut back in, it was not going to work like i wanted it to so that set me back a little but now that behind me. Going to try to get the cock pit, back seat and floor in paint this week.
