I wish I had time to clean, wash, buff, wax and polish my boat, collector car and daily driver.
Heck, my boat has been sitting on a rack for 2.5 months unused as it is! |
Good info ^^^^^

So I actually found the collinite wax,but only had the liquid at west marine. It's actually looks a diluted version of the paste, chunky gel.
Should keep using this or should I go get the paste? I did take the boat out this weekend and it didn't leave the normal scum line but probably any wax would have done that. http://www.collinite.com/marine-wax/ |

According to the Collonite web site (below) the Fleet Wax comes in both paste and liquid forms. You should be fine. They make great stuff and I've used it for years.

If I have to detail one that's in good shape, I use the Collinite Fleetwax first then cover it with a coat of there Insulator Wax. It has more of a polymer base and lasts longer than just the fleetwax.

A few years back I contacted Colinite and ask what is the difference between the liquid and the paste wax. He stated the paste was slightly better. This was all due to the products consistency.
They are both very good products. |
