Yep dry stacked my dad's boats for 30 years down here in Florida .
Marina caused a delamanation on a year old wellcraft he had back in the 80s from incorrectly using the forks to position the boat. Bad aim at the cradle with the nose way up could do it too with the cradle catching it astern I've seen a lot of Hotdog fork lift operators down here in my day. But to be fair it is pretty damn hard to line a boat up 5 stories up that is swaying in the wind. I learned that if you are going to have your boat stacked you better expect some damage from time to time. |
The way that the glass is all chewed up it looks like it sat on the Rocks for a night.

Rough Water , maybe tab was flexing transom , Tab mount and hull , looks alittle dry on the layup and created layer delam , opened up outer layer and water peeled it off ?
Whatever happened that Sucks. |
I think he has a point. After a closer look the gell coat around the tab mount doesn't look right - Like it may have been patched - I think water got in and caused a delamination and the pounding of rough water got under it and pealed it off.
