Did you just counter sink the top of the thru bolts? Wish I would of went with bolts.

Yes its a carrige bolt [round head]aroung 5/16, when ya tighten them up they pull onto the wood making them resesed, the high wear places I have 2 layers of carpet on it,The carpet on the Myco seem to be a softer matt ,may not scratch the bottom as bad/ also put some antiseez on them on the bolts.

Hey Anybody know were I can buy this bracket?????

Got it done with bunk carpet from a local marine shop that wasn't too expensive - six rails on a 26' trailer - took 60' of 8 inch wide carpet at $1.35 a foot for about $80. Got new treated bunks for $10 apiece. The stainless hardware was the biggest expense at $160 for 36 bolts and $10 for stainless staples.

I appreciate everyone's input you made it a lot easier to make the decisions!

The carpet need to had the rubber jute backing/made for water, I just bought mine from Myco so it would match,$1 something a foot?

lowes/home depot sells outdoor rubber backed carpet in a runner form by the foot. That way there are no seams. it is 27 inches wide, in most cases you can do two bunks with one strip.

I heard not to use rubber backed carpet as it makes it more difficult for the wood to dry

If you need stainless hardware call them and they will ship. The web site will locate your needs for nut and bolts. This is where I get my hardware usually by the box. Trust me its a fraction of the price compared to West Marine's price.

If you get nowhere with them let me know your needs.
