On a GEN VI the stock lifters will work up to around .550 lift, I have heard from people on here running stick lifters on the '741' cam at about .602 lift! Springs should be replaced but don't go too heavy on them.

Does anyone have an update on those 731 or 741 cams being available yet?? :drink:

How do the stick lifters change the valve opening height? Also any new word on these cams?

I think I meant stock, damn keys are close!

The stock lifters in the channels are apparently slightly too short and with high lift, can jump out or get caught on the channel edge. (please forgive my terminology I mean to say, the bit where the thingy goes, might cause another part to get stuck and screw everything up!) I don't know the actual name of the lifter hole, but if you run too much lift it can cause problems so I've heard.
