I would go with an 3 blade aluminum michigan wheel round ear type prop. You are not push enough hp to worry about blade strength, plus alum is more forgiving.

Your welcome bluez. The rule of thumb on prop pitch is pitch it to achieve max rated rpm. Every inch of pitch is usually good for 200rpm. Just make sure your tach is accurate and the engine is tuned well before setting the pitch for WOT max rpm..

yeah i checked that today. it was off by 100 rpm. so now i have a tac. havent had time to order the prop yet.
