Thanks for all the info guys. I'm buying marine parts for the boat. It is freezing here in New Jersey. 1 to 3 inches of snow expected tonight. Can't wait for spring. Now the boat sits.

What is a Dual plan manifold??

Does a high rise manifold do much for performance??

What is the stock CFM og a 454 magnum?? I assume around 500 CFM??

currently building my stock 454 330 hp went to 9.5 to1 compression .60 over ,comp cam, had jet performance rejet the stock carb to stage 2 jets should push 400 to420 hp. all for the low low price of about 4 grand. now watch that alpha drive fry.

A DP manifold has a divider in it below where the carb bolts.

A higher rise manifold will help with air flow.

Stock carb cfm for all standard 454's and 502's is 750cfm.
