Go on Accel's web site, they just started selling a large cap DFI distributor because they're having problems with spark scatter. The problem is worse with the high power digital ignition boxes.

How did you phase your rotor, centered on the #1 pole at 30 degrees BTDC like they tell you?

Their directions don't work with the multi spark, look at MSD's directions for vacuum advance rotor phasing.http://www.msdignition.com/instructi...=rotor+phasing

My timing is also 30 deg WOT and 32 cruise

I meant I'm shooting for 12.5 @ cruise and around 11.8 - 12.0 @ 5lbs WOT. At the boost you're running, 12.3 seemed lean to me. My total advance @ WOT is 27.2 deg. I can probably sneak another degree or so....still playing with it. I run Iron Dart 308s.

To both of you (Don and Jack) - I'm curious about your MAT? Had the boat out last week taking some logs and it was about 95deg ambient air, ECT @ 130deg and MAT @ 155deg at boost. Does 25deg difference seem high? I plan on a new intercooler soon to get those temps down a bit.

I got you, I misunderstood. on the dyno it made some more power @ 12.5, I felt 12.3 would be safe eventhough the power droped some.
GPM what is your AF @ WOT?
