Default New controls- which 33c cables?

So I've been sitting on a Kiekhaefer single engine dual lever controls for about a year now. I've talked to a marine mechanic about hooking them up for me and keeps stalling on ordering cables and adapter kit. There seems to be so many options on cables I'm just not sure what to buy. If someone could help me out with a link on some good cables and what adapter kit to buy I would greatly appreciate it!!! Right now I have the old school quick silver single lever. My new controls have the trim switch clamped onto the throttle. Also, I do have the screw on ends for the controls, so I won't need those. Thanks in advance, and I'm sure I might need to ask a question or two when I start the install.

Jay

I ordered mine from cp performance. There should be a part number k. The end of the cables that will help you determine what length they are. I ordered the Hardin c series.

Teleflex TFXtreme cables are the best I've ever used. When they were new on the market I saw the guys doing a demo at a boat show. I had a real long run and sharp bends to some outboards, put these things in and it was 100% better than the stock cables. You can get good prices on them at www.boatfix.com .

Looks like either will work, the ends are all standard.
