Default cam-reversion question

i have a zz4 crate motor in my boat now (vortec heads) and would like to see about upgrading to the lt4 hotcam. I have seen a couple people using it in boats with no problem. I currently have stainless marine manifolds and risers. They arent the long risers though.

Should I be able to run that cam without reversion issues?

specs are 218.228 duration .525/.525 lift on a 112 lsa

Do it right the first time, call Bob Mandra and have a custom cam ground for your application then you will not have to worry about it. I just had two made for my crate engines.
