Hi all i was going to ask this same Q i cant seem to find a gates belt to match for a 2001 496ho anyone have a part # thanks for any help Hi Griff you posted as i was typeing ,I have tried a motor parts shop gave them the size they said there gates cat/log does not do anything that big i live in the uk its all a bit smaller over here ,so if i had a part # i could probly get a couple orderd in. regards paul

I am planning to get a couple over the weekend. I have 496ho`s also. If I am able to get a P/N I will send it to you.

What is the hp of your HO? My book list 420 or 425.
one is 6 ribs by 90" the other is 6 ribs by 111.25"

it says 425 on the covers ? the # on my belts which i think relates to the size is PK2830 ? 6 ribs if i can get a gates part # i think i will be able to order them re paul

I have belt# 6PK2830 on my 496 ho`s. (111.417") Cross reference for Gates is K061115 (111.50").

I did replace all my idlers and had to go with 3.50" dia grooved idler because the 3.00 have been discontinued. That being said I am going with a K061120 (112").

For the NAPA part # just replace the K with "25-" ,
