Yes, that is a very cool thread, my boat is shown on post #30 This great heritage is the reason I want to build this boat.

Now I really dont need to be going 68 mph in a 33 year old boat, do you think 50 mph would be realistic with my 454's and some bravos ?

The 330 hp 454 magnum didn't have the forged crank so they can't be built up too aggressively but I will plan on doing something for sure and will find some bravos.
This is a long term project and there is no rush so thank you again for your advice.
