well i plan on repainting the whole thing in a few years and i didnt want to just recoat what was on it just makes it that much more built up used a few cans of oven cleaner and power washer knocked all the loose off pretty good know its not nearly as bad to sand just gonna knock it smooth and reapply something better then if i repaint ill knock the whole boat down when money allows...

it was nice enough out got done around 4 ended up takin a boat down to the lake and runnin round for few hours till dark. it rained once ducked in a covered slip for 10 minutes and then back out .. willin to be we was only ones on lake..lol
