ok, last summer and the summer before i started having a no start issue that seems to be heat related ie: when ran hard and then shut down i had a no start till i opened the hatch and let it sit for a while......
it was pointed out to me that my 454MAG was most likely vaporlocking so i did some research and have purchased the mercruiser booster pump kit, now while my boat is still in the rack, i am looking over the minimalistic instructions, which show no actual location for the low pressure pump/bracket assembly, so....i am gonna ask if anyone has installed this kit themselves and if so where they mounted said pump ??
all the instructions indicate is that if pump is mounted vertically, put wiring downward so water cannot accumulate.
so if anyone has pictures that would be great, and thanks in advance
