I have a Gen 4 BBC with a 177 Weiand blower. After I installed the blower and put the crank pulley on noticed the crank pulley was not in line with the upper blower pulley.
The crank pulley is about an inch back. Does any body have an idea on what I need to fix this problem.
Thanks
Steve

they made a few different lower pulleys for different lower factory pulleys, went thru this a few years back...the marine ones had 2 diff merc ones and the car ones are diff yet...have to try to get the correct one, the merc ones were 1 for steel 1 for alum pulleys, and it's a pain to find the stuff...

Same thing with the B&M 250 on my gen 4.(16 rib belt) All you need to do is order the spacer and bolts from Eddie Marine , Teague or another source and you will have it. Before you do all the assembly check the clearance of the stipping agianst the case on the bottom end. Blower shop has great rates and info. All are the best and reputable among others.
Best of luck!
