Default Anyone ever use these LED lights?

These lights look like they could look really good but the price seems too good to be true. What do you guys think?

I just picked up a very similar 5m strip w/ power supply & wireless remote at an LED store on Canal St in NYC yesterday. They were asking $199, I got them for $100. I knew they were on eBay for a little less, but these were in my hand and we tried them on the spot. They are very cool. I can't wait to install them in the boat.

The link you posted is for twice as long. I can't believe the price. If legit, that's a great deal.

I got some of the one color LEDs in a 15 foot strip. They work well and are bright but the adhesive is not strong enough to stick to the rough fiberglass in the bilge. Keep that in mind if you plan on sticking them in there.

Exactly what I planned to do. The adhesive strip looked shaky to me - I thought it would be an issue. What did you use?

I got the 1" squares that you use to stick tie wraps to a surface, they have real good adhesive. Put them about every foot and tie wrap the strip up and also pressed it against the hull because some places stuck. It may also help to rub the glass clean with alcohol to make sure there is no oil or grease, may make the strip stick better.
