What is the best way to take off bottom paint?

Soda blasting? If so will the roughness slow a boat down

Soda blasting works great, the wet sand and buffing of the whole hull bottom SUCKS AZZ!!!! I did my 32 Baja, no way in hell will i EVER do that again!!!
