Jk the engines will be fine with a 174, or 250 blower.
will it run ok at lower speeds also do alot of crusing between 30 and 40 also pulling the kids on tube and skiing but its always fun to hammer down

with blower installed will motor be relieable at lower speeds say 25 to 35 when pulling kids sking and tubing ?

I have seen them at that price with carbs, so make an offer for the pair. Nickerson has the hot set up for carbs on these blowers, mine ran like EFI's after the mods.

To answer your question yes the blowers add a lot o TQ, so the boat will pull harder and get on plane a lot faster. Not sure if that is better for tubing or not.
