Raptor, that's a beautiful set up. I would love to do something like that but just doing a rebuild and dyno tune hit my pockets hard.

i think, even if flex leaks a little, it won't cause reversion WHILE RUNNING. you must make sure outer pipes have a nice downhill all the way out so no water is sitting on inner tubes when shut off. that is when the slight leakage can bite your hiney...

if the rubber boots do get to hot you can always swap them out for silicone ones that can take a lot more heat.

I did basically the same with hard pipe. Works great, sounds great and very cost effective. Only visual difference is the bungs and fittings
