496 powering back on it's own...
Engine starts fine, when I throttle up to 2000 rpm, out of water no load, the rpm starts to fall back to 1200--- Boat sat for a while not sure how long. Clogged fuel filter??? IAC??? Fuel injectors??? New water separators installed....
