Default Cockpit heaters. Anyone use them?

Does anyone have cockpit heaters on their boat? I have seen that Malibu and Mastercraft put them in their ski boats. I am thinking of putting one in blowing directly on my legs to keep me warm during the late fall days when I go out by myself. If you put one in, what kind did you get and how do you like it?

Just a thought, I bought a good quality 12V plug-in heated motorcycle/snowmobile type jacket for the cold days here on the West coast, it is actually thin enough to go under a top coat and even with a PFD was not cumbersome............worked awesome and cheaper then rigging a heater system..........

I have two. One for driver and one for passenger. (Twin engine)Red dot brand.
They work great. Recently converted to fwc. Still work fine.
