I ordered from SuperBrightLeds, from looking around they looked quality, good price, they have side emitting lights so when you hang them from your gunnels they point down instead of straight into the other side of the gunnels, and they are IP67 rated which means they can be completely submerged in water up to 3 meters for up to 30 min.
