Default Testing Manifolds and Risers

I came up with an idea on how to check for any water restrictions on my exhaust manifolds and risers. I came up with a 3/4" tee PVC fitting where I have mounted a water gauge. By mounting this tee fitting to the 3/4 " riser supply hose and then hooking up a hose to the other end of the tee fitting I could see if there was any pressure build up once I turned on water supply. I have not tried this and was wondering if this would show any blockage on the individual manifolds and risers or any variance between them?
