Default 377 carb electric pump

Anyone used one of these fuel pumps on a small block carb motor. Replacing an 80's 5.7 merc mechanical fuel pump motor with a 377 vortec long block..Staying carb engine... I like the fact it is a lift pump and shows a ridiculously long life span...And reasonable .Any input would be appreciated.

I think I would be concerned with the 1/4 " fitting sizes. Me personally I'm building the same setup as you and I'm looking for 3/8" or bigger for the volume. Just a thought.

The anti syphon valve at tank is 1/4" pipe ..I think 1/4" pipe will flow enough for a basically stock 377.My concern is has anyone tried one of these pumps
